All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex or DHL, with tracking provided— costs provided at checkout.
Recipient is responsible for duties or tariffs. MLC provides accurate harmonization codes to help make customs a breeze and get our products to you as fast as we can!
International shipping is expensive right now— if you are trying to save a bit, please consider ordering only ONE bulky item (mug or puzzle) as opposed to 2. The addition of postcards and stickers does NOT increase shipping costs.
All packages are made from renewable, recyclable materials (including the packing peanuts).
Returns are not accepted, but we will always do what we can to make things right for any lost or damaged order. Please reach out via contact me for help :)
